Who we are

WorkOS is operated by AgriDoot, a brand of NovosEdge Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). Each business that uses WorkOS controls the data of its own employees.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile number, job title, role and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Attendance data: check-in and check-out times, work mode and, when required by your employer’s settings, GPS location and a live photo taken at check-in.
• Leave and request data: leave dates, reasons, approvals and audit logs.
• Enquiries: details you submit on our website contact form.

How we use it

To provide attendance, shift and leave features, send one-time passwords and notifications by email, secure the service and reply to your enquiries. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Your business owner and managers can see your attendance, leave and field-visit data. Other businesses can never see it. Our staff access data only to operate and support the service.

Location and photos

Location is read only when you mark attendance and your employer has turned the checks on. Photos are stored securely and visible to your business owner and managers.

Security and retention

Data travels over encrypted connections and is kept in access-controlled databases. Businesses can ask us to delete their workspace and its data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask your employer or us to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
